It is adjacent to the 405 San Diego freeway and the 10 Santa Monica freeway. Westwood is probably best known as the home for the UCLA bruins and the area also has a large student population. Westwood Village is a busy shopping center with diverse dining options, nightlife, beautiful vintage theaters, and high-rise office towers surrounding it. The Wilshire Corridor located on a stretch of Wilshire Blvd. that cuts through Westwood, is home to one of the highest concentration of luxury high-rise condominiums on the Westside. Many buildings are full-service and offer residents valet parking, 24-hour security, concierge, and other luxury amenities. South of Wilshire Blvd. Westwood is made up of quaint residential tree-lined streets. Westwood’s close proximity to businesses, entertainment, and schools makes it a highly desirable area of the Westside.
