Hancock Park is one of the city’s most well preserved neighborhoods. It respects its cultural heritage and classic Los Angeles architecture which is apparent in the neighborhood’s impressive estate homes, set on wide streets and lined with beautiful mature trees. The Hancock Park Homeowner’s Association governs the boundaries of Melrose Ave., Wilshire Blvd., and Highland and Rossmore Avenues. Centrally located in the heart of the city, surrounding the prestigious Wilshire Country Club, Hancock Park is a historic and affluent neighborhood. Just east of Hancock Park lies Windsor Square as well as Larchmont which is centered around Larchmont Village, a charming shopping district with restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. Mid-Wilshire is the area located south of Wilshire Blvd. and north of Pico Blvd. These neighborhoods provides easy access to The Grove and Farmer’s Market, Miracle Mile, Hollywood, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and Downtown L.A.
