Pacific Palisades:

“Where the mountains meet the sea,” as the saying goes of the Pacific Palisades.  For nearly a century, talented artists and intellectuals has been drawn to this scenic location. It is home to the world renowned Palisades Charter High School, which for decades has been a beacon of high school education for the entire country.  It is primarily a residential neighborhood with very large and luxurious estates and other smaller, historically significant homes which date back to the early and mid-century era.  

There is a charming little business district along Sunset Boulevard that locals refer to as “the village” because of its quaint and classic quality with locally owned and unique markets, shops, and boutiques. The vistas from the hills and bluffs of the Palisades are nearly unequalled.  The iconic television program Baywatch was filmed on the picturesque beaches of Will Rodgers State Beach, which is along the Pacific Palisades coastline.  Access to other fashionable areas of Los Angeles, like Brentwood, Beverly Hills, the Sunset Strip and Hollywood are all just minutes away down the world famous Sunset Boulevard.
