Dan Weiser is a Los Angeles native with a strong commitment to his clients and their lifestyle needs.  Raised in the San Fernando Valley and having also lived in Brentwood, Hancock Park, and West Hollywood he understands the unique qualities of every corner of Los Angeles and all that they have to offer.  Dan has sold property all over the west side from Malibu to Los Feliz, the San Fernando Valley, and Orange County.  Dan has not only extensive knowledge of residential properties but also of commercial and income property to serve each and every one of his clients’ real estate needs.

Dan spent several years in the entertainment industry working in talent management and at one of the largest talent agencies.  Through working with actors, writers, directors, and industry professionals on complex multi-million dollar transactions, Dan gained an exceptional understanding of his clients’ necessities and desires as well as fine-tuned his negotiating skills.  He is straightforward, detail oriented and always has his clients’ best interests in mind.  He prides himself on making every transaction as seamless as possible.

Dan earned the distinguished title of Coldwell Banker Estates Director in only thirteen months with the company. This title is awarded only to agents who list and sell several multi-million dollar properties within a calendar year. Dan also has a special appreciation for architectural properties and considers himself fortunate to have handled sales and leases of properties designed by such noted architects as Richard Landry, Marshall Lewis, and Wallace Neff. It is from this experience that he has also earned the title of Architectural Specialist from the Coldwell Banker Architectural division.

Dan earned a B.A. in Communications from the University of California Santa Barbara. He currently lives in the “Beverly Grove” neighborhood with his wife Shelby, an entertainment attorney, son Sam, and their two dogs, Bailey and Chance.
