The three-story Playa Vista home is on the market for $3.08 million

The Los Angeles home of “Twilight” actor Kellan Lutz and his wife, Brittany Gonzales, has hit the market for $3.08 million, Mansion Global has learned.
The three-story home in the city’s Playa Vista neighborhood listed Thursday, returning to the market after being shopped around earlier this year, listing records show.

The contemporary, four-bedroom spread is “situated within The Collection, a premier residential development of Playa Vista, with coveted park views,” reads the listing with Compass agents Sally Forster Jones and Meredith Schlosser.

Neither broker was available to comment on the listing.

Spanning 3,639 square feet, the house has an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with access through sliding glass doors to the adjacent outdoor area.

There is also a master suite with a balcony and walk-in closet, a roof deck, floor-to-ceiling windows and an elevator, according to the listing.

The development comes with its own shared amenities, including a gym and multiple swimming pools.

Mr. Lutz, 34, used a trust for his purchase in 2017, paying $2.8 million, property records show.

The Teen Choice Award-winner is best known for starring as vampire Emmett Cullen in “The Twilight Saga” movie series.

A representative for Mr. Lutz did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The actor has picked a good time to sell. Median property prices in Los Angeles just reached one of the highest points of the past 15 years after home values increased 16.2%, Mansion Global previously reported.
